User Verification Monitoring

NAMS-1000 is one of the first web applications to verify user en try and exit events as well as data transactions with user information like pictures. By using real time monitoring procedures, security offices can ch eck actual transactions by verification client monitoring. It also includes support for multiple monitors.

Access Management

Using In / Out event data, the administrator is able to monitor Time of entrance and exit including the details of RFID sticker tags users. Activities are recorded through device registration such as RFID readers, based network devices.

Server/Client Configuration

NAMS-1000 supports server & client network configuration. As a s erver, it can add/delete a controller or control panel. NAMS-1000 as a client application, supports all functions as a server but does not support add/delete functions for a controller and a control panel.

Vehicle Tags and Multiple ID Management

To register and modify information, the application can store a wide range of information for users varying from VEHICLE TAGS. Other registration features include RFID READERS,user search, user level control,u ser file backup and user file import. The administrator may issue multipl e RFID TAGS for vehicle single holders.

Upon Entrance

Step 1: The Vehicle covers the 1st loop coil.

Step 2: Tap the RFID Card to the reader.

Step 3: The System will record Vehicle information and time of entry.

Step 4: The barrier will open automatically

Step 5: After the driver pass the 2nd loop coil, the boom barrier will close

Step 6: Parks the Vehicle

Upon Exit

Step 1: The Vehicle covers the 1st loop coil.

NAMS-1000 for Monitoring

Using RFID card you can access the door and the server will automatically gather the logs for security purposes. Once there is an emergen cy, all doors will be automatically opened. NAMS-1000 for monitoring basicall y supports various reports such as ID holder’s Information report, Alarm S tatus report, Access Status report, record of Card ID holder’s authority to e ach door including other ID holders. Conversion or transmission functions are available for all the search/output functions. Users may export the data in excel or text form. In such cases, it can be useful to integra te with other software to keep track of Time & Attendance, Payment, and ERP.

Also the file containing the report can be exported as an Excel file or TEXT. The application also supports CSV and other forms. Plus individual user or group data can be filtered according to the user’s preferences.
